BARC Report Week 50: Bigg Boss 11 still in top 10; Ishqbaaaz jumps to the 14th place

The TRPs of week 50 are here. There are a few surprises. Fans of Ishqbaaz will be really fans as the show has jumped back to the 14th place. We guess the Vanvaas episodes have given it the momentum it needed. Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 11 is on the ninth place on the urban charts. The other big gainers in the urban segment are Colors’ Ishq Main Marjawan and Shani. We are finally seeing the love twist between Arjun Bijlani and Alisha Panwar and people are loving the change of heart. Mahakali saw a drop to the 20th place. The No.1 spot was taken by Kundali Bhagya, which is simply unstoppable. Super Dancer Chapter 2 was the best performing non-fiction show. Here is a detailed look…

Top shows (Urban)The top show was Kundali Bhagya with 7.04 million impressions followed by Kumkum Bhagya at 6.8 million impressions. Sony SAB’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah was on the third place. Sony TV’s Super Dancer 2 got 6.1 million impressions while Yeh Hai Mohabbatein got 6.1 million impressions. Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki, Udaan, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai was on the sixth, seventh and eighth place. Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 11 got 5.2 million impressions while Tu Aaashiqui got 4.8 million impressions. Naamkarann and Mahek also saw big jumps while Piya Albela had a slide of a few spots. Top shows (Urban + Rural)Zee TV’s Kundali Bhagya got 11.3 million impressions while Shabbir Ahluwalia and Sriti Jha’s Kumkum Bhagya bagged 11.04 million impressions. Star Bharat’s Kya Haal Mr Panchaal was on the third place while Super Dancer Chapter 2 earned 9.5 million impressions. Sony SAB’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah was on the fifth place. Star Plus’ Yeh Hai Mohabbatein fared excellently on the urban – rural segment getting 8.7 million impressions. Star Bharat’s Jiji Maa was on the seventh place with 8.3 million impressions while Sony PAL’s Baalveer got 8.3 million impressions. Colors’ Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki and Sony PAL’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah completed the list.

As per BARC estimates, the viewership of Bigg Boss 11 is 50 per cent more than what is was last year. It has reached out to 151 million viewership this year. Stay tuned to Movie Magic for more scoop and updates…
