National Television Awards best dressed: Holly Willoughby, Shona McGarty, Georgia Toffolo and Mollie King dazzle on the red carpet

The biggest names in showbiz came together under one roof on Tuesday evening to celebrate the very best in TV over the past year.

Stars turned out in their finest frocks and sharpest suits for the glittering annual bash, held at London’s O2 Arena.

Among those leading the glamour at this year’s event was This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby, EastEnders stunner Shona McGarty, Strictly star Mollie King , Corrie actress Faye Brooks, Ruth Langsford , I’m A Celebrity jungle queen Georgia ‘ Toff ‘ Toffolo and Fearne Cotton.

TV favourite Holly, who rarely puts a foot wrong when it comes to her wardrobe choices, was naturally oozing elegance in her Grecian-style dress that featured a layered tulle skirt.

Newly engaged EastEnders actress Shona McGarty, 26, also looked sensational in her sheer panelled navy blue fishtail gown. While her subtle but striking make-up was absolutely flawless.

Coronation Street beauty Faye Brooks looked angelic in her floor-skimming white dress and Christine Lampard went down the super slinky look in her curve-hugging metallic silver frock.

A beaming Susanna Reid also looked red hot in her off-the-shoulder dress, while Ruth Langsford also opted for a similar red design and looked equally as stunning.

Meanwhile, jungle queen Toff looked like a real-life princess in her pale pink ruffled gown that featured a pretty embellished corset.

And Strictly Come Dancing star Mollie King, who laughed at the suggestion that her Strictly Come Dancing performance was overshadowed by her rumoured romance with partner AJ Pritchard, wowed on the red carpet in her floor-skimming teal lace dress.

On the night, Ant and Dec won three prizes while there were also wins for Coronation Street’s Lucy Fallon, Emmerdale and Gogglebox.
